To Make:<\/span><\/h3>\nI am someone who believes in using short cuts. Since discovering pre-washed, ready to make potatoes, I’ve been using them in mashed potatoes and will never go back.<\/p>\n

For dinner, take two bags<\/strong>, which are 3 lbs of potatoes, and microwave according to the instructions on the bags. Slice into small quarters and put into a large mixer bowl.<\/p>\nAdd 1 stick of unsalted butter<\/strong> and begin mashing.<\/p>\nAdd one 1\/2 cup of light cream<\/strong> and mix with the butter and potatoes.<\/p>\n

Slowly add in one bag<\/strong> of white cheddar shredded cheese<\/strong> and mix until blended.<\/p>\nI use the kitchen aid mixer flat mixer attachment for the mashed potatoes to get them nice and fluffy.<\/p>\n

Add 1 tsp of kosher salt<\/strong> and 1\/2 tsp of ground pepper<\/strong>. Add parsley for garnish<\/strong>.
