To Make:<\/span><\/h3>\nIn a medium sized bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened butter,<\/strong>\u00a01\/3 cup of powdered sugar<\/strong> and 1 tsp vanilla<\/strong>. Get it good and creamy.<\/p>\nAdd in the dry ingredients, 3\/4 cup cornstarch<\/strong> and 1 cup of flour<\/strong>. Mix well.<\/p>\nForm the cookies into 1 inch balls and drop onto a cookie sheet.<\/p>\n
Bake at 350 degrees<\/strong> for 9-10 minutes<\/strong> until are lightly golden on the bottoms.<\/p>\nRemove to a rack to cool before frosting.<\/p>\n
\nFrosting:<\/span><\/h4>\nIn a separate small bowl, mix 2 tsp of melted butter<\/strong> with 1 tsp of vanilla<\/strong> and 1 cup of powdered sugar<\/strong>. Add 2 tbsp of milk<\/strong> for consistency, using more as necessary.<\/p>\nFrost tops of cookies and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.<\/p>\n
